The heart of Brittany is home to several “Maîtres Cuisiniers de France”, one of whom, Chef Le Fur in nearby Mûr de Bretagne at Grand'Maison, recently received a Michelin star.

The proprietors of restaurants in St. Caradec, Loudéac and Pontivy reserve a warm welcome for guests of La Prévenchère. A list of other restaurants in the area is available on request.

The world is your oyster. Whatever you would like to learn, Chef Caille can teach and you can learn. The manner of instruction is comparable to "Chef's Table" and you will participate in all of the activities.

Pastry and breadmaking at the Bourget Pâtisserie in Loudéac

Visit to the kitchens of Le Relais du Boucher restaurant in Mûr de Bretagne

Visit (departure at 3 am!) the fish auction with Christian and the owners of La Marée Bleue poissonnerie in Loudéac. Transportation is provided.
